The Real Estate Department includes NSCA’s Housing Counseling, Property Management, and Real Estate Development programs. Current department activities include:

• —Acquisition and rehabilitation of vacant and abandoned properties for affordable housing
• New affordable housing construction
• —Housing and Foreclosure Counseling
• —Management of 53 affordable rental units
